It is a four bedroom house.
Three bedrooms with two double beds and the main one with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The house is located right in front of the Ixtapa golf course, with an incredible green view. It has a parking lot with capacity for 5 cars.

Open spaces, birdsong, calm and quiet. All rooms have a flat screen, air conditioning, wi-fi, fans, laundry center and all the necessary accessories for a pleasant stay. It has an infinity pool, with a swimming channel and spectacular views. Spacious, perfectly equipped kitchen.

In the garden there are bathrooms for men and women, as well as a shower for events and use of the pool. The house has 600 m2 of construction and an area of 2000 m2 of land. It has capacity for 14 people.
